2010 PARTY INFORMATIONThe Sands is a great place for company picnics, parties and reunions. We can accommodate groups as small as thirty and as large as eight hundred. We are available for parties late May through September. Book your party early. Weekends are very busy. There are two areas that we rent.
The Main Clubhouse Area offers a heated and air-conditioned club house, two patios, shaded arbor, sixteen volleyball courts and a grass recreation area for badminton, croquet or other games. There is outdoor seating for 350. The clubhouse seats 90. A covered patio, with fans and heaters seats up to 100. The main clubhouse area costs: $650.00 for up to five hours. Deposit: $100.00. Your deposit locks in your date. The deposit is treated as partial payment of your final bill. A deposit is refundable up to 90 days before your event.
The Cabana Area features two softball fields, four volleyball courts and seating for 100 in the open-air shelter house and adjoining patios. The sunny, palm tree lined Caribbean Corner is included with the Cabana Area. The cost for the Cabana and either the volleyball courts or the softball fields is $425.00 for up to five hours. Deposit: $75.00. Your deposit locks in your date. The deposit is treated as partial payment of your final bill. A deposit is refundable up to 90 days before your event.
Softball fields can be rented with either the Main Clubhouse or with the Cabana area. The rent is $75.00 per field.
Beverage. The Sands has a full liquor license. All beverages must be purchased through us. Groups can put all drinks on a "tab", purchase beer by the keg or pitcher, use tickets or have a cash bar.
Food. You can use your own caterer for food (not beverages).
